Refund Policy
This policy covers paid plans (Air and Pro) of Dazzi AI File Manager. The Free plan costs nothing. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem; refunds are issued by us through Creem to your original payment method.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a subscription in the dashboard under Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not charge you again. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
7-day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full, provided that you have used less than the weekly credit allowance of the plan. We may decline refunds where usage or conduct suggests abuse of this policy or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Renewals and other cases
- Renewals: renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started, but you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 3 days of the renewal and, if you have not used the new period, we will usually refund it.
- Service problems: if the Service was unavailable or materially unusable for a substantial part of a billing period because of a fault on our side, you can ask for a pro-rated credit or refund.
- Mistaken or duplicate charges are refunded in full.
- Model output quality alone, such as an answer you did not like, is not a reason for a refund.
- Unused credits reset weekly, do not roll over and have no cash value.
How to ask
Email billing@dazziapp.com from the address on your account with the date of the payment. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If your plan is refunded we may downgrade your account to Free.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can fix it faster. A dispute can lead to suspension of the account while it is reviewed.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right to a refund or cancellation that applicable consumer-protection law gives you.
