Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you send to and do with Dazzi AI File Manager. Model providers also have their own usage policies, and you must follow those too.
You may not use the Service to
- break the law or violate anyone's rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual-property rights;
- generate, request or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors;
- create or promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the development of weapons capable of mass harm (biological, chemical, radiological, nuclear) or of malware, ransomware or other malicious code;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or deceive people, or run phishing, spam, scams or coordinated manipulation, including deceptive political or election content;
- make automated decisions about people's employment, credit, housing, insurance, education or legal status without meaningful human review, or give regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial) as if it came from a qualified professional;
- process other people's sensitive personal information (health, biometric, precise location, government IDs, children's data) without a lawful basis and the permissions that law requires;
- represent output as written by a human where doing so would mislead, or remove or alter required AI-disclosure labels.
You may not abuse the platform
- share, sell, resell or publish your API keys, or let others use your account; one key per client is a good practice and you can revoke keys any time;
- evade or work around rate limits, credit limits, model restrictions or billing, including by creating multiple free accounts, using disposable email addresses to obtain more free usage, or splitting one workload across accounts;
- resell or repackage the Service as a competing model gateway without our written permission;
- probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or access it by any means other than our published API, without our written permission. To report a vulnerability, email security@dazziapp.com;
- interfere with or degrade the Service or other users' use, including by sending traffic designed to cause excess cost;
- use model output to train a model that competes with the provider whose model produced it, where that provider's terms prohibit it.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. We may rate-limit, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke keys, refuse requests and remove access to specific models, with or without notice where we reasonably believe it is needed to protect the Service or others. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities and cooperate with legal process. If your account is suspended for violating this policy, paid fees are not refundable except as the Refund Policy or law requires.
